Why it’s different
Built for the centres, not for the platforms.
Off-the-shelf catalogue sync plugins don't understand artist metaobjects, edition runs, or the cultural metadata that makes Aboriginal art unique. They also don't reconcile Australian GST against freight tax, or map SAM’s long category list into the handful of buckets shoppers actually browse. Do I need to be a developer to install this?
No. Shopify installs from the Shopify App Store in one click. WordPress installs as a standard plugin upload through your WordPress admin. We also offer a guided onboarding service where we install and configure everything for you.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is tailored to your art centre — catalogue size, traffic, and how much migration help you need. Contact us through the form below or call (02) 9834 4119 and we'll come back within one business day with a quote.
Will it work with my existing WooCommerce or Shopify products?
Yes. Products you've manually created stay untouched. The plugin only manages products it imports from SAM — every synced item gets a sam_id meta field so the plugin can tell them apart.
Does it handle Australian GST correctly?
Yes — and that's a key reason centres choose it over generic catalogue connectors. GST-exempt artworks and GST-applicable products are reconciled correctly per line, including freight tax, so the totals SAM records match what the customer paid to the cent.
What happens if SAM is unavailable?
Your storefront keeps running normally — customers can still browse and check out. Order push-back to SAM is queued and retried automatically when SAM comes back up. Stock sync resumes on the next webhook or scheduled run.
Can I trial it before committing?
The Shopify version has a free trial via the Shopify App Store. For WordPress, we run a guided proof-of-concept against a single product category in your SAM tenant so you can see real sync output before subscribing.
